Representative Ongoing
I was on the executive committee for the Postgraduate Student Association (PGSA) at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. I’d already been helping out in my first year as a general member, and in my second year I stepped up as first an exec during the AGM, and then as the Interim Secretary. I helped shepherd in the new constitution, organized some events, and steer the association during a rocky period. PGSA largely does events and some advocacy. I still help where I can as a representative on some boards, like for the school of Science and Engineering, and on the Faculty of Graduate Research.
